This page explains what Squaro collects through this website and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you request early access we collect what you type into the form: your name, business, email, country, how many plans you quote a month and what you quote. Our host also records standard request details such as your IP address and browser, which we use only to keep the site running and stop spam.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about Squaro, to set up your account if you join, and to understand which markets and trades are interested. We do not sell your details and we do not add you to anyone else's mailing list.

Plans and price books

When you use Squaro, the builder plans and price books you upload stay private to your account. They are used to produce your quotes and are never shown to other customers.

To read your plans, Squaro sends them to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes them in the United States. Anthropic holds a copy while the file is on your quote, for 90 days at most. When you delete the file, or the 90 days pass, we remove that copy and Anthropic deletes it under its data retention policy. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, your plans are not used to train its models. Your account and files are stored with Cloudflare.

Where it is stored

The website and its form run on Cloudflare's network. Some of the services we use are based outside your country, including in the United States, so your details may be stored or processed there.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@squaroai.com. If you have a complaint you can also contact the privacy regulator where you live, such as the OAIC in Australia.
